I was a slacker in my devotional times over the holidays but got back into it today. God really challenged me to seek out wisdom. God has lead us on this path of church planting where He has to show up or it will bomb. I have no idea what I'm doing other than God has called us to it. I read the first two chapters of Proverbs this morning and it challenged the fire out of me. I have to seek out wisdom not just ride the backs of others but seek what God has for me. God didn't tell us that wisdom is hiding rather its shouting from the streets. He wants us to make wise decisions and is screaming them out to us. We have to be willing to seek them out by knowing Jesus more and learning from others. I'm so glad that God doesn't give me a vision and then say now go do it on your own. Instead He gives us a vision and leads us on the way.
